DESCRIPTION:Open Practice at 600 Yds \nFEE: $10 – To support ongoing range operations \nAs ALWAYS keep an eye on the weather and the Rifle Calendar for cancellations. \nSetup @5:00 and Shooting Starts @5:30 or sooner \nThe Competition Season is upon us and it’s time to Practice! \nPair Firing will be configured as well as Individual targets. Some team practice will also been conducted. \nNo muzzle brakes are allowed – Silencers are welcome – bring them if you have them. \nBring a friend or guest (don’t forget to have them sign their release). Club Members\, Members in the Application Process and Guests can be provided assistance in sighting in their rifle (best effort) and joining the others on the 600yd Range. \nAs always\, safety is paramount.  Remember your Eyes and Ears as well as your empty chamber indicator. RSOs\, Coaches with a broad base of knowledge and a great group of people will be there to provide assistance and coaching to anyone who asks. \n \n

Richard James Largay & \n\n\nAll Korean Veteran’s Memorial Match \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOPEN TO: To all safe shooters \n\nDATES: May 25\,2024. Squading starts at 0900 (9AM). The match begins at 1000 (10AM). Early squading\n\nand sight in please see Sight in at the bottom of the program. \nPLACE: Scarborough Fish & Game Assn.\, Inc.\, 79 Holmes Road\, Scarborough\, Maine. Located across the road \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nfrom the old Beechridge Speedway\, just before or just after the large parking lot across from the Speedway\n\ndepending on the direction you are coming from. \n\n\nENTRIES: Limited to 60. AIM Small Miss Small! \n\nOPEN BOLT INDICATOR: Will be required to be used. Available for $2.00 each \nCOURSE OF FIRE**:  16 rounds at 100 yds No Sighters \n\n\n\n\n\n\n                                    16 rounds at 200 yds No Sighters \n                                    16 rounds at 300 yds No Sighters \n                                    Total Round Count will be 48 \n\n\n\n\n\nEQUIPMENT: Safe rifle\, safe ammunition\, hearing & eye protection. If you\nwould like to wear era uniforms from any combatant\, please do. Bayonets are optional\, but gloves are\n\nrecommended. \n\n\nTARGETS: Human silhouettes with no sighters. \n\nPOSITIONS: Any (safe) position (of the standard four positions: prone\, offhand\, sitting or kneeling) may be used\nat all firing positions. Take into consideration that it will be mid-April and the ground maybe wet. Shelter halves\n\nwill be available to use as mats or you may bring your own or other improvised mat. \n\nTIME: A time limit of 4 minutes @300 yds\, 3 minutes @200 yds and 2 minutes @100yds.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n5 ROUND RULE: if a shooter cannot get on target paper after 5 misses; he/she will be disqualified at that\n\ndistance of fire and asked to cease participation at that distance. \n\nAwards: The winners will be mailed commemorative Plates.
